This was my first time buying my very own car from a dealer. Mike Scholz was very friendly and I could see that he truly cares about his customers. When I visited other dealer, the service was poor and the people there did not seem to care. Mike, on the other hand, did not seem to care whether the customer was here to actually purchase or to just simply test-drive. Phil Gibson, Assistant Service Manager at Nick Alexander Mini has to be the most honest straightforward service person I have ever dealt with! I live in Irvine California and make the 1-1/2 drive into LA for all my service need on my 2011 Cooper S Convertible. I only trust Nick Alexander Mini and their entire staff! If you are in need of a truly honest service department who does phenomenal work, you need to make the trip to LA and let Nick Alexander Mini treat you like royalty! High recommended!!!!!

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Nick Alexander Mini every time I'm there. They treat everyone with such respect, they are very down to earth, and they never try to sell you anything you don't need. In fact, they'll tell you what services will probably become due for the next service and they'll never try to push you to get those services done before they're due. All I have to say is that Khoi is awesome! He got me EXACTLY the car I wanted. Apparently my color pattern is hard to come by so he had to ship my baby in from out of state. Once I heard that, I was like: "man... I'm gonna be carless for weeks!" Not with Knoi! He got me in my car and on my way within 3 days. And what a car it is! He set me up with a great deal too. I'm super excited and definitely recommend this dealership.

I had a great experience with Alexander MINI. I dealt with Khoi, who walked me through the steps of leasing one very professionally and without any of the usual salesman pressure. I was given very clear guidance through the various details involved in the process of leasing and after shopping around quite a bit I found the experience most comfortable here - Khoi even helped me with setting up insurance which was something I was unsure of. Phil Gibson is a fantastic service advisor! I initially spoke with him on the phone and he managed to fit me in right away with a "no problem...come on in" friendly attitude. (I am heading to SF and my car had been making funny noises so this was very helpful!). I was looking for a Mini Countryman lease. I found what I now call my "Mini Vacation". I love it. And I owe it to Nelson for finding me not only the right car, but also working with my budget to make the deal possible. The people there were friendly and very courteous (especially with our two young kids who treated the place like a jungle gym). I'm very happy with the process and would recommend them to my friends.

I've always had amazing service at Nick Alexander Mini! Phil, my service provider goes above and beyond to make my interactions easy and fast. Recently, I was very sick and Phil was able to reschedule my appointment at a moment's notice and get my car in with absolutely no hassle to me. They are quick, friendly and a great dealership! I have bought 2 Mini's, both from here and I wouldn't dream of taking my Mini anywhere else.
