I brought my mini in for service and recall replacement, after having told them my concerns about my previous experiences there I was worried that something would happen when my car was done. I was given a loaner car because my recall parts were ordered wrong. I had a great time being spoiled with the loaner and I appreciate it, I just hope for future appointments I gain more knowledge about my Mini Cooper, since it is still a learning experience for me.

Wonderful experience today at Mini. Took car in for state inspection and to get a piece that had fallen off convertible back on. I was expecting to pay for special screws to reinstall but there was no charge. Just had to pay for inspection. Can’t beat this service. We love Mini Cooper And the Clear Lake location especially!
Just had an amazing experience! When I went to drop off my car, I was in and out in 5 minutes as they already had my loaner ready. Not two hours later, they sent me a text message complete with a link to a video where the tech was telling me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle whilst delivering his recommendations. Then I got another link to decide on which work I would agree should be performed. And finally by the time I saw the bill for the service perform, they cut me a break and some of the work that was done! Amazing... read more

I bought my Mini used elsewhere, still has a warranty and they were very accommodating. Treating me as if I had bought it at there dealership. The service was great and the service guy waiting on me was very Informative. Thank You, Norman
