lauren duvall is probably the best service advisor/manager I have ever dealt with. I have owned many makes and models of car over the years and the service that clear lake mini and Lauren gives me is without a doubt the best I have ever experienced. I have had my car in there many times (through no fault of the dealer) for maintenance and warranty repairs and lauren has gone the extra mile every single time.
