I was in and out within a couple of hours. I was able to conduct business while there including calls and computer work, due to quiet conditions...quite rare!
I worked with Val over e-mail for a car that I had been searching for over a couple of months. The dealership was very communicative from the point of submitting the inquiry via Autotrader all the way up to driving off the lot. We were able to work out all the terms over e-mail, and the I made the hour drive from Louisville to Birmingham to pick up the car a few days later. Had an appointment with Michael to see the vehicle. When we arrived the vehicle was already prepped and ready for us to look at it and test drive. The buying experience was not the normal nerve-racking chaotic type I have experienced in other transactions from the past. The pricing established on the vehicle is fair and reasonable and did not require extreme negotiation from either side. We have bought a total of 6 MINIs over the years, with 4 in our garage as of yesterday. I am thoroughly enjoying the new 4D Cooper S we bought yesterday (the garage is growing thanks to 2 teenaged daughters). Everything was easy. I had a perfect experience with Mr. Wilson. I tried two different dealerships before this one and both refused to work with me through email and one even stopped responding to me all together. When I emailed Mr. Wilson he gladly worked with me and answered all of my questions through email until I was able to call and finish up the the purchase.
