I have worked with Michael Wilson twice within the past month on a lease for a new Mini and a purchase deal for a used BMW... I had a great experience. Mr. Jolly was a great help and got me the best deal for my dream car. They manage to find the best deals and prices for my buy. I got the opportunity to build my own car. Typically I would not be happy that it took 2 months to resolve a mechanical issue, however, I was provided a 2016 Mini Cooper to drive which got better gas mileage than my Mini S. Dion and JC were helpful, honest and professional. The issue, which was a new one to their team, was resolved and was detail cleaned. Well Done Gentlemen!
CJ was very professional. He was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and helpful. I have always had nightmare car buying experiences in the past, but it was all made so easy here. We could not be happier with our car buying experience here and I would recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with CJ about a month ago. He made it a point to be honest, to the point, and didn't try to push anything on us. He was attentive, but not overbearing. Although I purchased my car out of state, this is the only MINI dealership in my area. After noticing an issue with my radio, I went to the service department at this dealership to try and figure out what was wrong with it. Dion greeted me upon arrival.
