I ordered my new MINI hardtop from Mini of Birmingham this past Fall and LOVE my car. I visited the dealership twice: 1) to collect information and test drive a car and 2) to place my order. My dealer was Rick Weinberg. He was so helpful in helping me know my options but never pushy. If I ever had a question I'd call the dealership and speak with Rick. No Worries. That's what I have when I have my 2010 ClubmanS serviced at mini of Birmingham. I am in the service industry for a living, and these guys do it right. From dropoff to pick up, always a pleasure and accually fun to visit them. Jeff and RC always remember my name. That's huge for me, and with them caring enough to do the small things, I feel confident with them handling the service of my Mini. Great Dealership. Had the most fun picking up my new car I've ever experienced. Service department worked very hard to have my car ready the day it arrived and my sales person kept me informed step by step.
We were in the market for a MINI for my daughter for graduation and Gina worked so hard to help us find the perfect car. She really cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to make the car buying experience a good one. She is very knowledgeable on the MINIs and answered all our questions and explained the process with a smile. I highly recommend Rick Weinberg and Mini. I love the convertible and everything about the dealership. This is my second Mini. I actually purchased another type of vehicle recently. What a mistake. I missed my Mini and had to have another one after only a few months. Don't make the same mistake. These are great cars and great people that will help you with anything that you need.
I just recently purchased my first mini cooper with Valerie Wallace at Mini in Birmingham.
