Excellent Experience. Great service. Great price! Rick works hard and very friendly. John made us feel welcomed. Definitely worth the 6 hour drive. Better prices on their Mini than in my home town of Charlotte NC. Will definitely recommend.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed working with our motor advisor (Valerie Wallace). She was OUTSTANDING! She listened and took care of all that we wanted in the car. She exceeded our expectations. She is what every car sales person should strive to be. If I buy another car, I would buy the car from her. She made us feel so welcome. We owe this car purchase to Deon one great guy in Cooper's Corner and Val. We even named our MINI BULLDOG Val. She rides everyday in the Coupe!!!
This was our second new Mini Cooper new car purchase. The personnel stayed late to help me buy my new car. Valerie Wallace was very nice and very helpful. She is a great lady to deal with. I would rate her and the dealership the best !!!! I wanted a set of mirror covers for my new Mini Cooper. Parts department had already closed. In January 2016 My wife and I bought a new 2015 Mini Countryman from this dealership. The sales experience was ok no high pressure. We love the car. The rating is for the dealership itself and not the car. Mini offers free maintenance for 3 years or 36,000 miles. Every time we call we have to make multiple calls to get them to answer the phone and schedule an appointment. On 10/22/2015 I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid from Tom Williams. I had a wonderful sales person (Tony Bugeja). On Nov 3, 2016 my car I only had for a year and a few days would no longer drive properly. I ended up having it towed to a local Hyundai Dealership. I received the news that it was my transmission. My boyfriend bought a BMW through MINI in Birmingham. Tony Bugeja was my his sales representative. Two weeks after driving off the lot we were having major problems with the car. He assured us before the purchase there wasn't anything major wrong with the vehicle. LIED! It has been in the shop for over a month getting a new transmission among other things.
