Been going back and forth since the beginning of Oct trying to get my over 4K warranty refund ( the amount they had me sign off on) since I traded in n my car somewhere else. Interesting they were great to work with when I was buying the car. They dropped the ball completely when I bought different. Their financial dept doesn’t answer calls or emails. BEWARE OF HOW THEY ABUSE CUSTOMERS CARS!!!!! I was super excited to find the exact fully loaded and customized Mini I wanted. Having owned 6 Minis in the past I pretty much knew the run down and all the fun stuff good and bad to expect. I had never used Mini of San Diego, but it is close to my house, so I was glad to work with them. The sales process was amazing, my rep was outstanding.
