This review is solely based on this dealership sales practices of extended warranty. Please don't make the same mistake I made in purchasing an extended warranty from Mini. After buying my 2011 Mini Cooper S on September of 2014 with around 20,000 my car has been taken in for service around 11 times. Some issues were : Thermostat, Fuel Pump, Oil Leaks, Fuel Pump, Multiple Coils, Gasket Ring, Clutch and the list goes on... I went waiting to buy and car and was willing to put down half but Joseph was such a dick! Assuming me and my guy friend was a couple & when I said no we are just friends he say oh well I just dealt with "those people yesterday" I should have got up and walked out be decided to give him the benefit of doubt And when I was asking about the apr his response was "it's not magic it math"! As someone who's worked in customer service for over 15 years none of the above is okay!

TERRIBLE and I mean TERRIBLE customer service from "assistant manager" Wes Kramer. Never in my life have I ever experienced anything like this before. We waited 40 minutes for him to arrive, only to have him give us attitude when we called him out on his tardiness. Talking back to us, telling us how it was his day off.... like if he was doing us a favor. Seriously, can't believe this person is a manager. Felt like I was back in high school dealing with a prepubescent surfer. Great car, horrible service!
