"Service bar to none." This dealership, both sales and service , is by far worth the almost 2 hr drive each way. No matter here we may move within the continual 48 we will continue to return for service and future purchases. "First time dealership experience and no regret!" I have been searching for a MINI for quite a while and came cross MINI of Allentown, which is over four-hour drive from where I live. I was a little hesitant at first, but after months of talking with the staffs there (special shoutout to Keith, Brian, Jolene, and Madeline for making our deal happen!!), who are incredibly friendly and nice to work with, I decided to go with them and I am so happy that I did! Will definitely recommend my friends this dealership!
"The Best!" I’ve been to MINI of Allentown for service twice and they are the best I’ve ever dealt with. Professional and courteous they make the customer feel very appreciated. I have dealt with both Robin and Luis and they are great guys and do fantastic work. I would highly recommend MINI of Allentown to anyone . I’m not hoping for any car repairs anytime soon but if they pop up I’m very confident knowing how well I will be treated . Keep up the good work guys!
