Luis was super professional, explained and showed me how to connect and use my car play as I had just shipped my vehicle from Germany and they reset my system. Kudos to them for fitting me on the fly and helping. Would gladly recommend.

"Just a great experience" Jolene Tang is a wonderful sales person. She was polite, cordial, and very organized. She answered all of our questions. We were not 'just another sale'. The experience was very personal, and like minded in our way of life, motoring. MINI of Allentown is pet friendly and we brought our cat with us who loves to ride along where ever we go in our MINI. "Always a wonderful experience" I drive 2 hrs to visit Mini of Allentown because they treat everyone really well. I had my windshield replaced due to a stone chip and had to get it inspected, they fit me in very quickly and had me out of there in less than an hour. "Great service!" It was my first time at Mini of Allentown and I was very pleased. Robin Cox was helpful, professional, patient with all my questions and very knowledgable. I waited in the lounge and was pleasantly surprised to find a comfortable sofa with coffee, snacks, water and I was able to work and continue my day while my car was serviced.
