"Family like and Fun atmosphere. " I went to Mini of Allentown with intentions of just looking. After I was greeted by Lottie and introduced to Lauren it was a game changer. I knew after being there a short time I was going to buy a car there. Lauren was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in purchasing my car. The best experience I ever had at a dealership. I also want to thank Brian who handled all the financial paperwork and warranty. I cannot say enough about Mini of Allentown. Thank you all for a great experience.
"Appointment - New Tires" I scheduled an appointment online for four new tires and an alignment on December 16, 2019 at 3pm. Robin Cox, Mini Service Advisor, did not find my scheduled appointment when I arrived. Apparently, appointments like mine are not scheduled past 1 or 2 pm; however, he made sure my car was taken care of. I know the mechanic who serviced my car needed to stay later than normal to get the job done. My car was washed and cleaned, too! Thank you MINI of Allentown!
"Did not have to deal with numerous sales managers" I purchased my first MINI shortly before Thanksgiving and only dealt with Lauren from beginning to end. She handled the presentation, the follow-up, suggested options and all the paperwork. It was a welcome change from the usual parade of managers and other sales people that handle details or negotiations.
"Our second MINI " We just picked up this beauty last night. It’s our second MINI and sixth in our family. After purchasing our Countryman in Sept. I test drove a convertible but mulled over the decision to trade my beloved Subaru. I went back after about a month when we decided to trade and discovered the one we test drove was gone:-( so I just ordered my OWN! I anticipate having so much fun with Angelique and thank Lauren especially for her help with our purchase.
