"Went in to have a key programmed. 1st time at a Mini..." Went in to have a key programmed. 1st time at a Mini dealership. Warmly greeted by service department members who promptly took my vehicle in for service. Completed my service, washed and vacuumed my car while we spoke to sales and drove a new Mini. Everyone couldn't have been more helpful. Definitely recommend.

"Excellent service!" I've always received excellent service on my Mini, great customer service and communication with sales and service departments. "Wonderful!!!" This mini might be the one and only time I ordered a car just for me! The experience was memorable especially due to Lauren Leabman. Her expertise and attention to detail, willingness to explore options, patience explaining features and delightful smile to match her sunny personality, are only a few reasons the day was perfect.
