"Fantastic dealership, great customer service!" After talking to over 10 MINI dealerships in the past a couple of weeks, we decided to go with MINI of Allentown because Jolene Tang gave us an excellent price. We came in last weekend and Jolene made the buying experience very pleasurable. She was very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and quite helpful. Kids had a good time too. We would most definitely suggest Jolene to family and friends in a heartbeat.

"Excellent Service " I have always received excellent service. Friendly and courteous. I have taken advantage of the loaner car and have waited in customer waiting area, all experiences have been excellent.
"Jolene is awesome! " My husband and I went to test Drive and Jolene was wonderful! She answered every question, shared all the details so could clearly understand options and she made it fun for us! When we decided to buy she helped us with options and the best pricing and then tracked our car from manufacturing through shipping to delivery. We are very detail oriented (you could say OCD !) and she was wonderful!
"Mini Service" Service adviser was professional and polite. Answered all of my questions before service and reviewed the services performed after completion. Waiting area could be much better
"Simple, quick service" I needed to take my Cooper S in for a factory recall. The appointment was scheduled promptly with my convenience taken as a priority. When I arrived, Robin and Luis greeted me and we had a pleasant chat while Robin readied the paperwork. I received a call that the car was done much sooner than I expected and was informed of the best times to pick it up. I will certainly return to Mini of Allentown if the need arises. "Trade for new Mini " Bought my wife her 3rd Mini Countryman. Lauren was wonderful to work with. She pointed us in the right direction towards our new car. "No high pressure... What a relief!" Although I had been considering a Mini Cooper for over ten years, it was only two years ago that I actually went in to Mini of Allentown to test drive one. I just made the purchase three weeks ago. So yes, it took me those two whole years to make my decision. Thankfully, my sales rep, Qiaoling Tang, was patient through the entire process.
