"Services " I always receive excellent care and service when I come in. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and they make me feel like part of the family. I try to make it over as much as possible because it’s always a great experience.
"Incredible Service!!" I took my second Mini to have the brakes checked out and to get winter snow tires. I've only had it since April. I love it! And I love Mini of Allentown! Luis Rodriguez is my service manager and he is Always professional, courteous and very customer oriented. He facilitates the work on the car and always lets me know exactly what's going on! "Problem free, professional and punctual. " Service at mini is always been great. Luis has been working with us thru 4 differ mini’s and this visit was more of the same. Dependable, caring, informative, professional and always great to work with.
"Routine Service" I had another pleasant experience this morning for a routine maintenance check. My discussions with Luis, Robin, and Lauren were very enjoyable, the music was great, and the service was quick.
"Luis rocks!" Luis got us in at our desired time. They were fast and efficient. They discovered a problem with one of our tires we weren’t aware of. Always a pleasure working with Luis.

"3rd times a charm " I have purchased 3 mini's from Mini of Allentown, two from Matt. Great experience and if there's a fourth it will be with Mini of Allentown and Matt. Purchasing a new mini with Matt has been hassle free and a detail oriented process. Service after the purchase is top notch as well. When my mini needs routine service Luis is great to work with. "Easy peasey" Matt was low key. I bought a used Mini Cooper that looks brand new. Easy no haggle fair price. I’d been looking for a while. Considered even going out of state until I found out the hidden fees ($699 document fee in NJ. $999 reconditioning fee not shown in the advertised prices . $1000 penalty if you pay cash, etc).
