"Mini of Allentown" The Mini of Allentown dealership has amazing service and the people are extremely friendly and helpful. It is a very nice environment and they were very attentive when looking for a new car.
"Emerald Gray Mini" I built my Mini on the Mini USA website and sent it to Mini of Allentown. Lauren contacted me immediately. We quickly came to an agreement and I ordered my car. 4weeks later I had my new Mini. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
"Honest and Thoughtful" I have had a Mini for 5 years, and just purchased another used one. Over the last 5 years the service staff has been helpful and thorough. Lauren has always listened to my "wants" in a vehicle, and has worked to accommodate all.
"Visiting to have. My car serviced " Everyone was friendly and helpful. The lady that helped my family purchase our first mini knew my name even after a year since we last saw her. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
"Excellent Service" I took my 10 year old Mini Cooper in for the hatch not latching after being opened. They replaced the latch and everything is working great now. They found the oil level very low, they had to add 2 liters to bring it up to full. Great find since I had it at another Mini dealership for a problem service 2 months ago and they did not let me know anything about the oil level. I really like that they do a MPI World Class Inspection on your car. You get a print out of it to help you make you service decisions.
"Routine service call" I took my car in for service because the service light was on. Robin Cox addressed all the services that had to be done at this time. I also requested that the brakes be checked. This request was also addressed. My car service was completed in a timely manner.
"Quick and easy transaction" Everything went great and Matt took time to thoroughly explain the cars features and functions. The paperwork was error-free and they took care all the legwork with the motor vehicle department even though we were out of state buyers, making the process completely painless.
"inspection/oil change/brake fluid" Robin, standing in for Luis, was very helpful when we signed in, then Louis, our service rep, took over.and continued with our scheduled appointment. they were very quick and thorough with our Mini, gave us a loaner and were done in 2 1/2 hrs. Runs like a top. Very pleased!
"Best Listener!!! Transparent, trustworthy" I had been looking for the right mini for me as the end of my lease was coming near. I started looking early at some the mini dealers in my area. There were quite a few. My original dealer was too far away since we recently moved. Matt and his dealership were the only ones I felt listened to what I wanted and got right down to business on pricing even though he knew I would probably not buy right then and there.
