Never thought that buying Mini (our dream car) would be this easy! Thanks to Greg for making our experience buying the first Mini such a grand experience!!! Thank you Greg! Definitely recommend to make a purchase with him. The fact that he doesn't even try to push the sales makes us feel comfortable, and the fact that he's really knows about the car and able to answers every question we have is even better!

Extremely happy with the service I was provided. A great big Thank You to Tommy Hall for taking excellent care of me and my 2013 Mini Cooper Hardtop. I have never had such wonderful service. My car was damaged by a very unprofessional Car Wash. I called MINI the day after and by that afternoon I was able to come in to show them the damage. They didn't have the items I needed in stock that day but assured me they would have it the next day. They were a little booked on Thursday so they offered me a Friday visitation. I've purchased 3 Mini's from Mini of Universal City. 1 for my daughter pre-owned 2011 and I just traded in my 2012 for a 2016 which I love. All the people who work for this dealership are exceptionally nice and have a common goal to keep their customers happy.
Outstanding customer service. The staff was very good at getting my car repaired and kept me informed about everything the car needed. The service staff took the time to do some research and found out that many of the parts and repair were under warranty. Thank you,
