Awesome service every time...staff are always so courteous...this time my service advisor, Mario Franco took the time to make sure all the issue were addressed and explained. The car was ready on time and documentation was self explanatory. Loaner was perfect too....well done Mini Universal City 👍

As always - great service, my car was done on time and Jorge in service is really knowledgeable and explains everything (even though I misinterpreted my final bill - my bad!! - sorry Jorge) I have my eye on the new CooperS in the showroom - sweeeeet!!
