Finance manager Service rep (DT) was awesome. Called immediately when the car arrived at the dealership. Wanted to know the all about the problem. Texted back when he found the problem. Gave me an estimate of charges and said approximately when the car would be ready. Hit both on the nail. Extremely pleased with the service.

Service department The service was excellent! Much better than Autoban BMW in Fort Worth. And i have to thank my service advisor Corey Rudd who made all the difference. He was extremely professional, timely, helpful and considerate.

Great Car, Great Price, Great Service!!! Thanks to the staff of BMW/Mini of Arlington. Worth the drive from McKinney! After a number of dealers that had me shopping online, I found Chelsea and she and the manager made sure we had THE dream car we wanted, at the payment we could afford.
