Mini Cooper service Our service advisor, Carlos C. went above and beyond to help us get our Mini Cooper serviced under warranty even though it was expired by a few months. I sought help with this issue at a dealership closer to my home and they were of no help. I will drive out of my way to have Mini of Arlington service my car and recommend them to others.

One of kind customer experience The salesman went above and beyond in assisting us to find the best car and deal we wanted and eventually winning our hearts over and the rest of shopping experience was also amazing

Wonderful quick service Very quick and honest service with plenty of updates and got me out 30 minutes sooner than estimate. DT was great to work with and it was Saturday and they were busy but all was good.

Auto Service Great service and friendly. Offered a loaner and the service manager takes care of everything, no sending you to the cashier , they completely handle everything!!!

Lemon into Lemon Aide It is not that we may fall down in life, but the positive way we stand back up. I brought my 2003 Mini Cooper to BMW Mini of Arlington and got engine repairs performed. The repairs did not correct the issues with my engine. I emailed the General Manager Michael Coleman a letter late Sunday evening 6-9-2019. Mr. Coleman called and left a voicemail Monday 6-10-2019 prior to noon. I got the message too late to return the call. Recall/ oil change My service advisor Wesley was extremely helpful. My oil change was extremely reasonable. I greatly appreciate the service. Unfortunately this visit a part was missing from my vehicle and I still haven’t heard back from anyone regarding this as the manager was reviewing the cameras to determine when the part could have been misplaced. I hope to hear soon regarding this. Overall I Love BMW of Arlington and I plan on continuing my business with them.

For the best BMW service you need to see Joshua Joshua is amazing. I used to go to Classic and was tired of being overcharged for repairs. Joshua is your advocate. He remembers you, your car and will deliver it to your door. He is honest, on time, and is only concerned about your complete satisfaction. There’s no better!
