I explained that the clutch on the BRAND NEW Mini with less than 500 miles was malfunctioning... they said “It’s fine” So when It completely failed...after the warranty! they mysteriously have “ no records of that complaint “ & it costs 4K! .... Mini living up to it’s reputation for HIGH GARAGE BILLS!

Their manager is an old school used car type. Much to pushy. But that is the car sales business. Get another unit out the door. Not much else matters .
My first MINI experience has been sadly bizarre and disappointing. I am a huge MINI fan and have been dreaming of getting a MINI for a long time. I was ecstatic when I saw that a certified pre-owned MINI in the exact model/color I wanted was at a dealership in New England and immediately got in touch with MINI of Bedford. Sold the car out from under my friend. He drove from practically Augusta Maine all the way down in a monsoon rain storm, test drove the car he had been speaking with them about since Thursday, gets back from the test drive and is told the car has been sold. He is out of his mind how something like this could happen. What an inconsiderate underhanded horrible way to do business! You know who you are Kevin - you lied right to his face.
