BUYER BEWARE! Purchased a Nissan Juke August 2014 along with $1,700 extended warranty. Was promised service from them only to be told today "we don't service Nissans and you need to call a Nissan dealership." In addition, left three VMs over three days and never received a return call. The extended warranty they sold me was a scam.
Really intended to buy from here, but they wanted to copy my license, not just see it in order to test drive. We were just victims of stolen identity, so we said we would buy elsewhere if they copied it. They said they had to so we left and will buy at another dealer who didn't require that. That says a lot about customer service so I'm assuming we were saved from a bad experience.
So so disappointed with this dealership, they don't stand behind their pre owned vehicles. Already have brought the car in 3x in less than 70 days of owning the vehicle and I should not have to be paying for all these issues.
Just pulled away from the lot with my new convertible. So excited this day is finally here. Thank you Gary, John and Arthur for being so wonderful.
