I would recommend them based on this. The COVID-19 measures were very good - felt comfortable and safe and was glad to see attention being paid to their employee's wellness as well. HOWEVER... "Mini Vaughan" Waited 2_+ hours for my car but it was such a great experience as John was so accommodating and made my stay easy and he conversed with everyone in the waiting room
"Friendly and great service" They deliver on their promises and flexible to meet my busy schedule. John and team are friendly and knowledgeable, and the shuttle service is greatly appreciated....I just don't look forward to repairs-:(
