"Helpful & friendly" I was working with Mike Sousa, very helpful and honest. Answered all of my questions, very friendly and courteous. I also worked with Christine Lee and James, who were helping me with the credit application. Both are very professional and helpful, they went above and beyond to help me get the credit. "Trusted & Friendly " Although I didn't buy my Mini Cooper with the Vaughan dealership I wish I had. I did my first test drive at Vaughan but they didn't have the used model I wanted so I perchanced my car at Mini Downtown. Mini downtown did not service my car appropriately forcing me to bring it back the same week. They also did not give me a decent explanation of the car.
