As you did not respond or publish my review of our experience relocating with MiniMoves, I will repost it. "Be careful when choosing MiniMoves to relocate your possessions from state to state.. Their policy of warehousing your belongings while they wait for a "full load" puts your possessions at risk of being handled by people you have no control over. Purchasing their "replacement insurance" is no help either, as they will wiggle their way out of replacing damaged or missing items. Sorry MiniMoves, you get an F , or zero... read more

Once delivered into a Self-Storage facility your delivery is considered final and we have no further liability and our responsibility ends.
