We are a partner of MiniMoves. Not only do we work in their supply chain as provider, they have been integrated into our supply chain to handle transportation and delivery services of our own shipments. We've found John, Mike and the entire leadership team at MiniMoves to be responsive, responsible, and honest. I would recommend anyone who is considering doing business with MiniMoves to do so!

The price estimate was too low, and we were quite surprised at the cost of the move. The worker were very good at packing the furniture and other things we moved. As a result of.the grossly incorrect estimate, we are not going to use your company to move what remains in our house.

Not helpful, super high quotes. They will keep your email and harass you to leave a review when you’ve never done business with them. Don’t work with them unless you want to be pestered.

Multiple items were heavily damaged
Won’t stop bothering you to leave reviews. Service was poor and I don’t want to be reminded of it anymore
Jackson and Jeff were absolutely incredible! From the first stop (awesome job!) to the last stop (outstanding!), Jackson and Jeff were personable, friendly and very professional. Consider two major complaints and one minor before signing on with this company for any interstate move. 1) Nearly a year before my move from Seattle , WA to Tucson, AZ I began checking out movers and obtained a good quote from MiniMoves. The quote required me to whittle my possessions down to 6 or 7 plastic furlough bags and 4 boxes. Everything else had to go. Months of hard work. As you did not respond or publish my review of our experience relocating with MiniMoves, I will repost it. "Be careful when choosing MiniMoves to relocate your possessions from state to state.. Their policy of warehousing your belongings while they wait for a "full load" puts your possessions at risk of being handled by people you have no control over. Once delivered into a Self-Storage facility your delivery is considered final and we have no further liability and our responsibility ends.
