I've only been here once, and I'm convinced that these folks are scam artists. My senior cat suddenly became violently ill, and I rushed her here, knowing it was the closest vet to my home. They ran a blood test and gave the cat an IV, as she was dehydrated. At the conclusion of the visit, I stepped to the front desk to pay. Since this was an unplanned emergency visit, I left home without my check book, and I had limited funds available on my debit card. We were happy to refer you to other locations that treat reptiles and would be able to humanely perform an euthanasia for your turtle. Worst vet ever. Will not return phone calls, had to physically go into the office to get answers. Finally said screw it and will drive an hr to my old vet. At least there I know I get excellent service!
