Dr. Simon was absolutely excellent with my dogs. We are switching over from another vet because we felt our concerns were not being addressed there. Dr. Simon was very thorough & efficient. I felt like all my concerns were addressed & my dogs received a more comprehensive exam than they had in YEARS at the other vet office. All of the staff were very friendly & the facilities were very clean.
Minooka animal hospital took great care of my Serenity when she overheated today. The technician Jessica recommended I bring her in right away. It was a good thung she did because by the time i got her there her temperature was 108. The staff was ready and waiting for her when we got there. They worked very fast and together to get her temperature down. Thank you for caring so much for my Serenity.
Dr. Simon and her staff are outstanding .... I wouldn't take my Jack and my new Cocoa anywhere else... They are all so kind, gentle & caring...you never feel rushed ...Dr. Simon takes her time and explains everything to you so you fully understand everything about your pet!
