I gave the DFW terminal D a second try when I got stranded overnight and the only accommodations on site was this and a $400 plus room at the Hyatt Regency. The overnight rate was $175 for 8 hours and I added an extra hour and a shower. The shower was spotless and has a hair dryer, and soap/shampoo/conditioner (please add labels!) It was extremely quiet. I’ve been screwed every way possible by American Airlines in the last 24 hours and I was stuck in Charlotte with no hotel, no transportation, and no help from American. I found the Minute Suite at the Charlotte airport while near reads on the phone with my dad and Ayesha was so kind and helpful. She was a breath of fresh air and was extremely accommodating and understanding. She did a really good job at making me feel welcome. Thank you Ayesha!
Our flight got canceled and there were no hotels in the area. I am so glad this was available. It was a little cramped with my 2 kids and myself but at least we were not left sleeping out on seats. In the morning I extended for 4 hours and the guy that was on was absolutely helpful. He not only gave me suggestions he helped me find a number and gave me helpful suggestions so I could have less of a headache when I fly again.
