Our flight got canceled and there were no hotels in the area. I am so glad this was available. It was a little cramped with my 2 kids and myself but at least we were not left sleeping out on seats. In the morning I extended for 4 hours and the guy that was on was absolutely helpful. He not only gave me suggestions he helped me find a number and gave me helpful suggestions so I could have less of a headache when I fly again. I just want to thank the staff at Minute Suites at CLT when our family was stuck there for 2 days in June. Minute Suites was like a refuge from the disaster that American Airlines was having at CLT. We were traveling with kids and no hotels were available anywhere due to the number of flight cancelations. Staff was so helpful and kind and truly a balm to the carelessness we were experiencing with AA. Holy cow. Minute Suites at the Nashville Airport. This place rocks! When we had to wait around for five hours after a completely grueling work trip, we were like uhhhmmm … is there any way to make this better? After a bit of research we learned we could rent a suite with Minute Suites. The cozy, clean, space was perfect for a good nap, some mindless TV, juice for our phones and computers, and a barrier from the COVID nasties.
