Cancelled a booking over the phone on Monday for a Friday stay, still charged my card. Been in touch over 4 times directly with DFW personnel…always say an email confirming my cancellation is “on the way” never receive anything. Very apparent no one knows what they are doing. Having to now dispute charges directly with bank. Stay away especially at DFW.

BED BUGS BED BUGS My daughter got bit all over her hand and arms by bed bugs all over her hand and arm. It pretty much ruined her vacation. doctor visits, RX and pain and itchy for now a week. the GM called me but now a week has not returned my call. the supervisor refunded our 34 dollars for the hour stay but has ignored all my email attempts to get reimbursed for our doctor bills and RX. very disappointed and very disgusting. Just be aware and avoid their pillow. This occurred in DFW terminal D

Good day, I want to bring it to your attention and I will also be following up with upper management for redundancy as moments ago I attempted to Chek in but there was no one at the desk. The first suite door was open and I thought it was a customer so I waited another 10-2 minutes. I peaked again and it was a young heavier set lady that came out and looked unhappy. I said how are you today twice and she ignored me twice and ask how can I help you. I stated I would like a suite please and she asked for my ID and credit card... read more

Priority Pass members can no longer book their free hour online, so you either have to pay or show up in person, when you’re almost guaranteed there will be no availability for hours. Definitely renders the PP relationship useless and makes me not want to spend money on the company. Plenty of times I would have booked an hour out of pocket, but out of principle avoid consumer-unfriendly businesses. They took a great program and ruined it out of corporate greed.

The rooms are tiny, I was under the impression it has a shower and a toilet, it has a couch and a desk only, you need to use the general bathrooms of the airport terminal. The room is also old and dirty. The check in lady was very unfriendly and unhelpful. A huge disappointment, I will not recommend this to anyone.

Extremely rude concierge at ATL F terminal. It was our first time using this company, and after standing at an empty desk for ~10 minutes, she finally came out and we asked how to book a room. She chastised us for not asking her how her day was going first (though at no point reciprocated this “basic human courtesy”) and then mocked us for asking for a room and not “asking what TIMES I have rooms available.” We were exhausted from traveling with an infant for the first time and just hoping for a place the baby could nap so w... read more

Refund policy should work with flight cancelation or delays. Passengers have no control over this.

errible experience, I have acquired similar services at other airports and the service is very complete, like a regular hotel, but not this one, the service is terrible, it does not have bathrooms, so you must go out and use the one at the airport, if you want to bathe they charge you 32 dlls and if you want to bathe twice then it is another 32 dll They don't have sheets in the armchair where you stay to sleep, which is made of skin wine and is hard, they give you a small blanket but only one, you can't request a second blan... read more
