I recently had the opportunity to visit Mirabelle and Tavern, holding a Sweet 16 party for my daughter and 8 of her friends in the Tavern. It was perfect - from pre planning to service to the food. Ryan greeted us and both Kristyn and James our servers provided impeccably superb service. It's not easy to cater to a bunch of 16 year old girls but this place was perfect in every way. The girls said the appetizers and entrees were great- from sliders and calamari to scallops and crab cakes to an exquisite dessert- this place ro... read more

Music way too loud and not at all enjoyable. Food was good but better on other occasions and valet was negligent in their assumed responsibilities. Valet usually doesn't grab the tip and run off! They should open doors (especially for gentlemen's dates), my husband was outraged! For $60 a plate, they should be more attentive!

Loved the menu and wait staff. Wished I could hear my company over the music though.

We were on a long weekend trip to Long Island, and were looking for a place where we could enjoy some live music during dinner. Mirabelle not only had a great value prix fixe menu, but also a very nice wine list. We were able to enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace, while also enjoying live music. The noise level was high because of the music, but not so high that we couldn't have a conversation. Overall, the service was excellent, and we enjoyed ourselves very much!

Pasta had no flavor, and the risotto had an off flavoring due to the wine not cooking off

We dined in the restaurant rather than the tavern. All was peaceful, relatively quiet, elegant. The food was excellent, service was warm and professional. The Saturday evening prixe fixe was an exceptional value. The sunset was pretty nice too.

Dinner for two on a Sunday evening. Valet parking is a major turn off before getting in the restaurant, although the attendants were very friendly. Ambiance did not feel particularly rustic or homey, just old and worn down. The bathrooms are clean but dated, and had no paper towels. Table service was attentive and friendly. Garden salads were just greens and dressing, no additional vegetables or other good bits (goat cheese was optional). For our main courses, the fish & chips were tasty but a bit soft and greasy. Fries *ext... read more

Outstanding Sunday Brunch - Wonderful, attentive service. Excellent selection of food. You aren't rushed and can relax for some time. Highly Recommend it and will definitely return.
