Have been going to Mirabelle a long time. We always enjoy it. The food is very good, something for everybody.

Food was great--fresh, perfectly cooked and seasoned, excellent presentation. Service was extremely slow. If you have hours to wait for servers, it's a great place for dinner. Our server vanished at several intervals, including something like a 45 minute hiatus between when we finished our main course and when we got dessert, and another half hour to get the check (although we asked for it when we got the dessert). Then, the checks had numerous errors that took a long time to straighten out. This contributed to a 3 hour dinn... read more

We've been eating at Mirabelle since it was Mirabelle in St. James. Once Guy and Maria moved into Three Village Inn, it lost much of its ambiance and great service! We eat in the Tavern often.....but not on the weekend usually. This time it was a Saturday, a birthday dinner, and there was an affair at the same time.....doesn't seem like the staff can handle both. Although the food was yummy, the service went downhill as the evening progressed; waiting 40 minutes for dessert (were told the pastry chef was making more Napoleon... read more

We have dined at this restaurant many times. Although the food is generally very good, it is not consistent. Too often, a dish is mediocre or bad. However, my main complaint is that management does not seem to do a good job in training and managing the server staff. There are too many times when there are not enough servers to adequately meet the needs of the diners and other times they just do not bother to check on diners often enough to see if anything is needed. This can result in a frustrating dining experience.

The food was fine but maybe because it was a Monday night the flavors did not stand out, at least as compared to when we went there before. The service was a bit spotty. The desert (blueberry cheesecake) was rather bland.

This was a saturday nite so it was noisy, there was a group of us for dinner for an occasion, they seated us right away, found alittle corner, and in no time we were as loud as the rest of the tavern! Live music on this night, maybe a regular thing. Food was excellent and creative with alot of emphasis placed on the chefs choice, well done chef! It is a good place to try something alittle different. Yes, $$$, enjoy its not an everday thing! Also, OpenTable saved came through as usual. Thanks

My wife and I rated the food and cocktails (good pours) very good. The service started slow and progressively moved to none existent. We both ordered soup which came with teaspoons! Not a big deal but I could see mistaking a salad fork for a dinner fork, but the correct spoon for soup should be 'Service 101'. We had to enlist a passing server to get us soup spoons. After serving the main course we never saw our waiter again, no even flagging distance away. By the meals end I had to enlist the host desk to get our check. We d... read more
