I am satisfied with the service of the community. I would also insist my friend to do a comparison of other communities to this community.
All 5s! I couldn't have selected a better place for my mom. She is a completely different person after moving there. She is so happy and loves everything about it! The entire staff are incredible! Yes, I would recommend this community to other families.! It's really a wonderful and caring place. The keep all residents active with a daily itinerary of fun things to do that stimulate them. The leadership, the staff, the quality of the facility are all top notch. I would recommend this facility to anyone with a parents or relative in need of memory care!
I love how the facility is laid out. The decorations are lovely and themed well. My dad started to resist being here but with time he has adjusted well. The staff have been patient and understanding! I like the guidance I received on how to deal with leaving him alone.
Dedication, carting and joyful spirit are the best words to describe Mission Villa.

This was not a good fit for my loved one. They are only interested in easy patients that do not require a lot of work and those who do not cause problems. Every week when I tried to get my loved one to take a shower I had to spend 15 min trying to track down a caregiver just to get a towel. I barely saw any activity except them sitting and watching tv. Also, there is only 2 guest bathrooms in the facility. One on the 1st floor and 1 on the second. The bathroom on the second floor was out of order for several weeks. Had to go... read more
