All 5s! I couldn't have selected a better place for my mom. She is a completely different person after moving there. She is so happy and loves everything about it! The entire staff are incredible! We would recommend Pacifica Senior Living to other families! It's really a wonderful and caring place. The keep all residents active with a daily itinerary of fun things to do that stimulate them. It was the cleanest place we visited. It didn't smell and felt like home. It was also the most cost effective. Based on the experience we have had so far with Pacific Senior Living, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Overall, they are very accommodating, have a very good reputation, and our Mom seems happy there. Only issue I have is sometimes they are lacking in responding to some of my requests/follow-ups and I have to reach out to them sometimes a few times to get the info I need. It could be that they are understaffed but not sure.

This community is good. I'm comfortable with having my dad here. The housekeeping is good, his room is always clean. Communication with the family is very good. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

When I first moved my sister into this location, the welcome and complete aura of this place were awesome! They had a big sign that said welcome [name removed], they had staff who met her and took her up to her room. They were so warm and it was a great experience. She's adjusting well; their med techs are in contact with me all the time and they keep me posted on everything. I feel like I'm totally welcome there anytime. our experience with Pacifica Senior Living Mission Villa has been very good. what I asked for, they do for me - but I do have to ask for additional things sometimes. if its supposed to be a multicultural community, they should have people who can do all types of hair and match color. they currently don't know how to wash and curl my moms hair, and haven't really made any attempt to get someone in who can. they also had to put up a picture of my moms clothes next to her closet in order to dress her appropriately/match color, ... read more

I scheduled a tour with [name removed] to look at Mission Villa's memory care community. I need to place my mom in a care home and heard this is a great place. The community was very clean and bright, plus staff were friendly! I really enjoyed the tour, activities, and music playing throughout the building.

I would recommend the place. So far I have no complaints - they haven't done anything that bothers me.
