I called and spoke with [name removed] who answered all my questions readily. He was patient, knowledgable and pleasant. He took me on a "facetime" virtual tour of the community which appeared well kept and clean. I really liked the 2 outdoor patios with their community cat and chickens. [Name removed] was straightforward with the monthly rate and was willing to make it work within our budget. We will be reserving a room for my brother-in-law here. Thanks [name removed]!

I took a virtual tour and browsed through their photos. I really liked the different lounge areas especially the one with the wall-sized picture of the Golden Gate Bridge and had "astroturf" grass with nice an comfortable chairs. I will revisit this community in person once the coronavirus ends.

Mission Villa looked gracious and has nice/secured outdoor spaces for residents with memory impairment to walk through on their own. Everything looked modern but comfortable. This was my observations while on a virtual tour. I will schedule an in-person tour when the shelter in place ends.

Due to the social distancing restrictions - I had to take a virtual tour. The community appeared homelike and clean. I really liked how the natural sunlight brightened up the place. I will come in for an in-person tour once this ends. Hopefully real soon.

Very nice and clean community. The monthly rates were competitively priced for the area. I've been researching these communities on behalf of my father with Alzheimer's. I will tour this place in person after the Coronavirus ends.

The pictures and virtual tour of this memory care community was amazing. The lounge areas were nicely furnished and the rooms were nice sized spaces. I liked the 50's style diner and the TV room with the fireplace. I told [name removed] to call me once a private room becomes available.
