I had to take a virtual tour due to the Covid-19 concerns and precautions. Mission Villa looked like a beautiful and cozy community. I really liked seeing the 2 outdoor areas with the chickens and their community cat "Kitkat." I'm waiting for this crisis to end so that I can take an in-person tour. I took a virtual tour of this memory care community. It was very lovely and looked very bright airy and homelike. I'm the primary caregiver for my husband who has Dementia and it's getting too much for me to handle his care @ home. [Name removed] was very compassionate and eased my worries by saying they would be happy to accept my husband at Mission Villa. I will be moving my husband to Mission Villa in a couple of weeks, thank you!

Since I couldn't take an in-person tour, I took a virtual tour instead. The community looked modern and updates and appeared very clean and well maintained. [Name removed] was very understanding and knowledgable and showed his compassion to ask me how I am and my family are doing during this crisis. I really appreciate his humanity and did not feel like a customer but more like a friend.

This community is very clean and organized. People are very professional and accommodating. Residents were very happy while listening to the live entertainment.
