Missoula vet Clinic have the nicest staff and Vets in Missoula. Our dog was dying and Andy Cross took the time to sit down with me and discuss all the options. When she died we took her in to be cremated and the staff was very caring. when we picked up the ashes the staff was very nice and a bonus, Sadie's ashes were in a nice box. We have been going to them for five years. When my in-laws cat needed to be put down in an emergency, they were there for them right away so she wouldn’t have to suffer. The very next day, they sent them a condolence card with her paw print in it.
Doctor Hanson was great. The reception and billing staff were HORRIBLE. I took my cat in and received medicine in pill form. My cat wouldn't take the pills, so I called and requested the liquid version. They charged me for the FULL bottle of pills PLUS the liquid (which I had requested to begin with). It was 4:30 pm and I was told I would be called right back. They said they had to speak to the doctor first. Well, they didn't call me back at all AND shut off they're phones!
