I am so thankful for all the staff that works at this clinic. Naturally, I am a worried pet parent and end up calling in with lots of questions and concerns. Regardless of who answers the phone I am always met with kindness, patience, and understanding in the matter. Dr Blackhurst is amazing at what she does and it’s such a relief to know my furry babies are in good hands. Everyone here cares a great deal. Thank you guys for all you do!!!
Perfect. Dr Cross is so excellent with our aging pug. Always gives recommendations on treatments to improve his quality of life. Our dog is 14 and Dr Cross is honest and realistic about expectations. The receptionist and all employees were cheerful and efficient.
