They got me a very low interest rate and Mitch’s approach with numbers are on the conservative side when budgeting (which I like) we planned for a interest rate around 3.2 to 3.7 and closed with a considerably lower....Amazing news! On top of saving me money there they also moved the closing date up by 9 business days because they are on top of everything. I will definitely use Mitch again when I sell down the road
