I had a lot mortgage-related questions since I am a first-time home buyer and Mitch promptly replied to my emails or returned my calls as soon as he can. He was even available to take care of things even after office hours. He worked with my husband and I every step of the way. He and his staff are all very easy and pleasant to work with.
