Wonderful care.Â
Great service from the front desk to the back rooms.Â
Made my first visit 3 days ago. The facility is immaculate. The staff was caring, cordial, and professional. The treatment was state of the art - a new crown was designed with 3D software and milled from a block of procelain in 40 minutes. No temporary crown and returning in two weeks to have it seated. Cannot praise Dr. Jim and his practice highly enough. Â
Everyone from Rebecca,the receptionist to Sandy, the dental assistant to checkout with Daisy has been a really good experience. They all made me feel welcome. Dr.Yolanda Mitchell is a sweetheart. She put me at ease quickly. I felt like she really wanted to do her best for me. My husband was with me and they made him feel comfortable too. After my initial visit I developed an abccess and they got me in quickly. I saw Dr.Joe Mitchell then and he promptly took care of the offending tooth and explained the problem.
