You do a great job of electronic reminders for our appointments. Not so much for scheduling delays. Yesterday, you had an emergency that delayed appointments a little over half an hour. That would have been a great time to notify your customers using the SMS Texting systems you already have in place.

Not many people would say visiting your Dentist is rewarding. I can say it with pride. I have only been knowing The Dr Mitchell's for more than 20 years. Dr Yolanda is very knowledgeable and most of all, my Dentist. The offices & entire staff perform their miracles under top-notched technology and with true professionals that greets you with a warm welcome upon your entrance.

Love this practice! Been a patient for years! Wouldn't go anywhere else! They helped me through terrible dental anxiety and now I have no problems going to the Dentist!
