I have been a patient for approximately 3 years with this dental group. They have impressed me consistently with their efficiency in all service areas, from making appts., to check in and through the entire office visit. The hygienists are clearly very competent, friendly and quite patient in explaining what they are doing and why. This practice values having an informed patient whose visit is as pain-free as possible.
I've been to Mitchell & Mitchell twice and am very pleased. The hygienists are pleasant and professional, the dental work I had done by Dr. Mitchell was painless and looks great, and the office staff is very friendly and helpful.
Always treated with kindness, a smile, and courtesy. They fit me in when i had an emergency and are great about making me feel at ease. Highly recommend entire office! Front staff awesome!
My visits are always the best. Dr. Joe and staff are awesome and provide the care needed above and beyond my expectations. They are great at listening to my questions and truly are concerned for all my dental wellbeing. And this week, my first treatment with April was absolutely outstanding. After recently having TMJ surgery, she made me feel extra calm and was very attentive to my concerns. Thanks to everyone for their excellent customer service!
