I'm a returning patient who's very glad to be back, after having to switch to another dental office temporarily because of insurance. Dr. Joseph Mitchell is a terrific dentist; he's very thorough, kind and patient. The entire staff is a pleasure to deal with; they're all very professional, knowledgeable, conscientious, and gentle. The office is immaculate, and the equipment is state of the art. I would highly recommend this dental office, as one would be hard pressed to find better.
Most people get the jitters as their dental visit nears, but not me! From the moment I walk through the door, the staff of Mitchell Dentistry makes me feel welcome. There are warm "Hellos" and "How are yous?" all around. If there is a wait, mine has never been longer than 5 minutes or so, and the attractive, inviting waiting room has an unbelievable choice of magazines. I called for an appointment yesterday morning and was scheduled for today (10/7/15). Initially my appointment was scheduled for 11 am with an arrival time of 9 am to go over medical history and take premed since I was a new patent. I called back later in the afternoon to tell the office my primary care physician was kind enough to call in a prescription for premed, and was informed my appointment had not been entered into the system and another patient was scheduled in my time slot.
