I was a bit worried at first when I walked in with the mix up of my appointment. But when I went back and was greeted by everyone the energy of the office was electric. Dr. Eric Lawton and the team are so amazing!. Everyone treated me as if they cared and I didn't have to mortgage the house. I feel great as if I had nothing done which is unbelievable! I posted my experience on Facebook!

Yesterday was my first time at this office. I had an appointment scheduled for last week, but the weather made us move it. I was really impressed that the staff took the time to call me from home to inform me that the office was closed and they were working on rescheduling me. Submit pre-estimates to insurance companies for verification before procedures are accepted by a patient. The current office manager is wonderful and professional. The previous manager should have offered pre-estimates. .
Everyone is always very pleasant and professional. Checking in on you when you're waiting. Calling at home that night to see how you're doing after procedure. Feel appreciated and cared for!
