RecommendedWe have absolutely no problems living in a property managed by MPM. We keep our rent paid, and they do not bother us. Occasionally we have been in a bind and are tremendously grateful for Kathy always being understanding and helpful. She is the absolute best manager! We also have had no issues with getting our appliances serviced or housing issues fixed promptly by maintenance! We could not ask for more.
Between god and I, and of the truth, I have referred more than 8 persons within a space of 4 weeks to my legit and trusted Account Manager, MRS. ARIELLACRYPTO , she is the only account manager to ever pay me my profit after my first 7 days trade of $1000 that I make a successful withdrawal of $14,750. Kathy our landlord has been very helpful the past 2 years. Here recently has been a little tough being able to make rent payments and stay ahead just with Joe the world has changed and covid and everything else in between. She managed to get us help with our rent and other bills so we can get caught up. Super thankful and blessed that it happened when it did. I would very much recommended them to anyone looking for a place to live!
modern property management is a very quick and efficient company. they go above and beyond to try and meet your needs in particular Kathy. she was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I 100% would recommend anyone looking for a property to check these guys out and talk to Kathy again she was brilliant.
I recommend that they will do there best to get you in a place that fits all your needs. The property manager Kathy is super nice and very pleasant to work with
I rented a property with Modern Property Management for two years. Kathy helped me find a beautiful place within my budget and if there was a problem they fixed it incredibly fast. I would highly recommend them.
