I have been with Modern Property Management for 2 years now and when I say they have been NOTHING but GREAT- its an understatement! They are so understanding and willing to work with you if a problem occurs. Maintenance is easy to communicate with and they are fast on the job! I would recommend MPM without hesitation.
They take such great care of me in my apt. Yeah I may not have a washer or dryer but there's a wonderful laundry mate next to the convenience store. Management and the maintenance staff are amazing. No matter the issue they'll keep trying till they get the problem your having fixed. I'd like to add that those who leave bad reviews most likely didn't pay rent on time, damaged the property, had people staying at their place beyond the allotted 14 days and 14 nights. Let’s just say if I could give negative stars I would. Went to pay my rent in January and saw that $297 had been added to my rent as utilities (Mind you, these apts are 350sq ft and they were trying to charge me $940 in comparison to the usual $685-$720) Considering we all split utilities and I was the last tenant in the building to pay my rent that month, all utilities that came in at a later time fell on me. Whew there’s sooo many things wrong with this company idk where to begin!!! Maintenance man never fullfilled out requests. Always said he had to go Harrodsburg to get the parts and never came back!!! My unit is sooo outdated the switch in the bathroom controls the light outside. Took them 4-5 duck tape repairs on my ac until before they finally replaced it. The list goes on and on….im finally moving out after 3 yrs. Safe to say I won’t ever come back to this property management.
I have recently applied to one of their properties and I have to say David and Armando have gone above and beyond to get us into our place. They have been very helpful and quick to respond!
