Molly is a rockstar! Buying a house is such a tedious process and Molly made it as easy as possible! She had our preapproval to us within a matter of hours, answered emails incredibly quickly, and made sure we were adequately prepared with documentation before going to the underwriting process. All of this allowed us a quick "clear to close" with very few conditions to meet. If we ever purchase again, we will be sure to call Molly right away!
