If we could of dealt with only one person who knew what they were doing. If we received good communication which we never did. This was the most unpleasant unprofessional company we have ever been in business with. Period.

She did answer all of our questions and the process was not overwhelming, even in COVID times.
Communication was horrible, received no service at all from this company. After waiting a month and getting the run around finally went to another company and was approved in 3 days!! Huge difference!! Would not recommend and the investor who sent me here said he wouldn't send any more clients there way either.
Working with Nance was horrible. We had so many last minute requests for documentation that could have been provided weeks before the day before our closing date. We were asked to provide the same documents time and time again. I am not sure if they were lost, over looked or just not searched for when needed for multiple reasons. The team was great. Molly made a hostile,unprofessional,rude phone call concerning questions I asked her staff. What would have made it better? If Molly Dean could control her anger. Never again
Everything was explained in great detail. The transfer of information was easy to upload. All milestones were updated in a timely manner. A very friendly and dedicated staff.
I just wish someone from the team would have been at the closing day as my realtor and Molly Dean were both out of town. I was told a team member from LeaderOne would be in attendance to answer any questions. Nobody notified me that they were not coming which added to my overall anxiety and nobody showed up.
